Last updated: 10th September
Welcome to Spain EU Medical. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Spain EU Medical is a healthcare facilitation company based in Dublin, Ireland. We assist Irish patients in accessing affordable medical treatment abroad by connecting them with internationally accredited hospitals and healthcare providers.
We are not a medical provider. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice. Our role is strictly to facilitate connections between patients, the HSE, and trusted hospitals abroad.
2. Contracts & Binding Terms
Before treatment takes place:
The prospective patient will sign a contract with the treating hospital abroad. This contract is comprehensive and covers all aspects of treatment, including medical responsibilities and potential outcomes.
The prospective patient will also sign a contract with the HSE prior to travelling abroad. This agreement includes provisions regarding funding, eligibility, and the refund process.
Spain EU Medical (Medtourizm) has no input into the contracts between the patient and the HSE or between the patient and the treating hospital.
By using our services, patients acknowledge and accept that they are bound by these contracts.

-
Providing information on treatment options abroad.

-
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, success rates, or timelines for treatments, as these depend on independent healthcare providers.
